About the Role
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives for a high-opportunity, commission-based role designed for individuals who want full control over their income and schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position focused on face-to-face, door-to-door sales within assigned territories.

You will work alongside experienced leadership, including a former professional NFL New Orleans Saints player, gaining direct mentorship in sales strategy, confidence-building, and performance development. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-based environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and sell company services to residential and/or commercial prospects
  • Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive sales presentations in face-to-face settings
  • Qualify leads and close contracts in the field
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closed deals
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and contract completion
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and consistency

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers directly
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone required
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
